Authorization has an advantage for the participants in the legal act, because according to the cadastral law in this case the real estate cadastre must allow registration of the contract in the cadastre within 20 days (instead of the standard period of 30 days) and in addition real estate cadastre assesses the contract only in terms of compliance with the cadastral mapes and whether the procedural conditions for authorizing of the registration are met. In this way, it is possible to save the administrative fee for an accelerated deposit, which is 266 €, respectively. € 133 for electronic submission.
A proposal for registration the right to real estate can also be submitted electronically, in which case the lawyer will ensure the guaranteed conversion of documents prepared in paper form into electronic, in which case the administrative fee for registration of transfer in the cadastre is only 33 € (instead of 66 € ). In addition, it is possible to file a cadastre called notification of the intended registration, which can reduce the above administrative fee by another 15 €.
